Shawn Tidwell

A commercial title attorney who has spent thirty years on the same side of the table as the people who close the deals — and started Title in a Minute to share what those years taught him, one issue at a time.

Shawn is VP & Counsel and Director of National Sales for Fidelity National Title Group's Atlanta National Commercial Services. He has been a licensed Georgia attorney since 1993, with a career built on large commercial closings across the Southeast — multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and the data-center and energy work now reshaping the region.

The throughline of that work is unglamorous and decisive: deals go smoothly when the title issues are understood early and explained plainly. A buyer who knows what an exception means doesn't panic over it. A lender who understands an endorsement asks for the right one. Counsel who sees a survey problem coming has time to cure it.
